These Terms govern your purchase of digital gift cards from Shell ("we", "us"), operated by Shell. By placing an order you agree to them.

1. What we sell

We are an independent reseller of gift cards. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Shell plc or any card issuer. Every card we sell is subject to the terms and conditions of its issuer, which govern how and where it may be redeemed.

2. Orders and delivery

• Orders are placed through the form on this site and are confirmed by email.
• Cards are delivered digitally to the email address you provide. Delivery normally takes about 15 minutes and may take longer during periods of high volume.
• You are responsible for entering a correct email address. We are not liable for cards delivered to an address you mistyped.
• We may cancel an order and refund it in full if we cannot fulfil it.

3. Pricing and payment

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and include any discount off face value. Payment methods, timing and processing are described at checkout. We reserve the right to change prices at any time; the price shown when your order is confirmed is the price that applies.

4. Refunds

Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

5. Acceptable use

• You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract.
• Cards are sold for personal or business consumption, not for resale.
• We may refuse or cancel any order we reasonably suspect to be fraudulent, and we may report suspected fraud to the relevant authorities.

6. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
